(Authorised Economic Operator)
The status of Authorised Economic Operator allows companies within the European Union, to get permits for customs procedures with economic impact in a simplified method. The status saves an extensive re-examination.
The permit of this status is subject to extensive conditions regarding the reliability, solvency, the history of compliance with the relevant laws and, if possibly certain safety standards, too.
In Article 14 paragraph 1 ZK-DVO are three different certificates named for the Authorised Economic Operator. These are:
AEO Certificate "customs simplifications" (AEO C)
AEO Certificate "security" (AEO S)
AEO Certificate "Customs Simplifications / Security" (AEO F).
The AEO certificate F bundles the AEO certificate C and S.
Responsible for issuing of the certificates is the subject “B” of the local competent principal customs office (PCO).
The company Bleher Folientechnik has received the AEO-C certificate.
