Bleher- Folientechnik takes over Spaulding S.A. (Paris, France)
February 2009: Signing the contracts was the initiation for taking over the converting division of Spaulding S.A. This includes all materials and also the machines of the production for cutting the sheets. The main products are DIN A4 and A3-formates packed in boxes. Those materials are used as laser-, copy- and write on-film for whole- and resellers. The machines approve a effective production of the common packaging sizes in a variety of versions.
The product- and production segment will be included into the new established Bleher-Spaulding GmbH, which is located in Heimerdingen (Stuttgart). Therefore the activities in the target market are concentrated. It is planned that the relocation will be completed and the production will start during september 2009. Then Bleher Folientechnik and Bleher-Spaulding GmbH will be the most efficient and competent partner for cutting Polyesterfilm for laserprinters and copiers. So the base is created to perform futher services and products to our customers.
