Ink fountain films for König und Bauer presses
The optimont® ink duct film is fixed to the metal surface of the ink duct with the attached adhesive strips. Thanks to the special surface properties of the film, the ink does not stick to the ink fountain. It is easier to spatula out and the manual cleaning time is shortened. The basic ink fountain settings are not affected by the foils, as they end before the metering gap.
The foils can be replaced quickly and easily. They contribute to increasing the service life of the ink fountain and thus to maintaining the value of the machine. With this simple measure, you have a lasting positive influence on the technical condition of the inking unit.
